DOJI MART SCAM i ordered a mini game boy in fall.of 2020 it is now april 2021 never got it or my.money back or an explanation. Total Fraud. NEVER Should have done this. Do not use them EVER

Company sold me a game device and charged my card $43.81 on January 4th 2021. The shipping indicated secured and tracked shipping with details to follow in another email so it could be tracked through the app SHOP. The item status has remained NOT SHIPPED. I reviewed the return policy and verified I am within the return policy since the item has not yet been shipped. After contacting the company to request a refund, they informed me "sorry.Your order has been ordered and cannot be canceled." Then an additional email stating "we sent the item. But the carrier got stuck so it was delayed."
