This company targeted me via Facebook probably because I have a disability involving my feet. They advertised orthopedic shoes that looked to be very fashionable and cute! I ordered 2 pairs from this website. They had lots to chose from. The ones I picked were on "sale" for $29.99 each. When I received the package the shoes were not in boxes, that was my first clue. When I pulled the shoes out, they were nothing at all as described. They were foam and plastic just like what you would find in a drug store for under $10! The website advertises 100% satisfaction, returns accepted an so on. I found the email address and contacted them immediately after opening the package. They responded and I got a broken English excuse of why they can't accept returns due to COVID. We went back and forth via email..they offered me a $5 refund then $8. I contacted PayPal and they gave me a full refund. Now I can find shoes that will help me. These shoes totally look nice and photograph well because you can't tell they are foam and plastic just by looking at them. You can sure tell by the way they feel!!
