Ordered an item received a confirmation never received any update on shipping. I contacted them and was told that my payment authorization had expired, I would need to reorder the item and the price had increased. My payment was not refunded for the original purchase. I attempted to call the number from the website but it was out of service customer service email was returned. I spoke to an “employee” of the company via chat then on the phone who was insistent on talking to my bank claiming they never charged me. When I wouldn’t give him my bank information the call devolved into a back and forth.
