Over a month and they will not respond to emails, no item shipped, no tracking info like they claimed they would provide. They take the money and ghost you! Don’t purchase from this company!

November 27th I ordered a calming dog bed. I received an email confirming the order with the number #1972. November 30th my account was debited $19.82. November 29th I received an email stating the bed on was his way. No tracking was provided. I have yet receive the Doggypit calming bed. December 9th I sent email to [email protected] asking for an update and was told the following:

"We just checked your order. Your order wasn't placed with a tracking number. Your order is currently in transit. Estimated delivery is 2-3 weeks from your order date. If you do not receive your package after 3 weeks, please contact us again and we will gladly assist you or send you a replacement. Thank you for your patients."

Then December 18th I sent second email stating I had no received bed. No response has been gvien.

I ordered 3 late november, paid $60 for shipping, contacted them for the tracking number as you did, and recieved the exact worded email!
Now they cannot be contacted!
Really peeved off! Wont get my money back no doubt...?
