Type of a scam Online Purchase

Don’t waste your money

I ordered a harness according to their sizing and it is way too big and unusable. The harness also seems very cheaply made although I can’t really talk about quality since I haven’t been able to use it.

They are obviously a foreign company even they use a US address.

Contacts with customer service have not been beneficial.

Be prepared to lose your money if you choose to do business with this company.

Doggy kingdom is a scam

Goods are obviously not made in US they are painfully low quality. Dog beds are undersized and the wrong shape. Customer service are a joke. Even though I can provide proof that they are not 31” the ignoramus on the email insists 29” when fully stretched out means it’s the correct size and refuses to issue a refund. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE.

They’re not located in FL /USA

Items are NOT made in the USA

Shipping takes longer than 7-10 business days because, it’s coming from overseas.

Absolutely no refund or warranty protection on their crappy products.

Their phone number or tracking numbers do not work.

Read all of the reviews! I felt for their scam after seeing 5 star reviews on their products. They have a good IT / web team because, they hide their negative reviews well.

On May 5,2020, I purchased a dog harness from Doggy Kingdom for my dog. That was 7 weeks ago and I still have not received the harness. When I first emailed “Sandra” from support, she Said it’s still being processed. Then I received a fake tracking number so I emailed “Sandra” again and was given the same fake tracking number. I have emailed support multiple times for a refund and continue to get the same generic response saying it’s on its way with the same fake tracking number. I have since filed a dispute with my credit card company for the charge of $39.97 which also, according to my bank, included an international fee. There is no return address or indication the item was coming from somewhere internationally. I wish I had read all the negative reviews claiming my same issues with this company before ordering. On the site, the company also has a fake number For any questions that doesn’t work. It’s 888-30-36449. I hope this company is forced to show a legitimate country, address and phone number on their website, as well as provide customers with a real tracking number so individuals can make an informed decision to purchase anything from them. I hope they get exposed for what they are, a scam. There is no proof To me this is a legitimate company Please help. Thank you!
