same with everyone else. i only ordered 18.00 worth. i should have known better.
i ordered on April 26 2020 and have emailed their site twice with no response.
how do we get our money back?

The business dog-lab.com came onto my FB feed and I was interested in products because we just got a dog a couple weeks ago. They have a very good on-line presence and have a working catalog you can order from with testimonials, pictures, complete business policies and more. I ordered items and even got a confirmation email. However, I few hours later I received an email from the [email protected] saying my order was not completed. To go back on and finish the purchase and they would give me an additional 20%off coupon to use. My cart was filled and ready for me to check out again. I was very confused as I had gotten a confirmation previously of my purchase. Instead of checking out, I searched the site looking for a contact number found only a contact email address. I used it and contacted them about it asking for them to call me, giving my phone number. I heard nothing that day. The next day I did the same thing this time, I did not give my number. I asked them to email me as they already had my number. Still nothing when I mentioned it to my husband he immediately checked our bank account. Good thing my husband did as there was money gone and it was used at a rental car facility in England. We had to call the bank cancel cards and freeze our account. I had been scammed.
