Received fake email re: Coinbase transaction via PayPal from Shirl Burnette from [email protected]. She wants me to complete a docusign form.

If I didn’t authorize the transaction I should contact Helena Tompkins with the PayPal Security Team at 833-820-8153.

I received several emails wanting me to go to docu sign the emails was addressed to some name I did know and came from different people. I called the 1-800 customer service number, and some guy told me my name and states that someone hatched into my account and was trying to charge for renewal of Mcafee service. Once I told him this was not me trying to renew, he wanted me to go to my computer and give tell him which browser I was using. I refused and told him to just give me the refund information and I will do it myself, but he refused my request. So, I told him I was reporting him to the ScamPulse.com and hung up the phone.

DocuSign charged me $65 for a business account. I used my business card that had all identifiable information for my business, and they had access to my email and phone number. I created a document and sent it out to the people who needed to sign it and DocuSign immediately closed my account without a phone call, email, or any other type of warning. They never contacted me regarding the closure. They did not refund my money, either. No people appear to work at DocuSign. When I got through to a 3rd party customer service line that was based out of the Philippines, she knew nothing and gave me another phone number (the one provided in the complaint) that was a medical insurance scam line. I have recordings of the calls I made to that line.
