There is supposedly a lawsuit against Colorado Technical University (CTU) regarding misuse of federal funds and false promises for job placement. According to the information, I should have been able to have the rest of my loan debt forgiven. They said worse case scenario my monthly payment would be reduced a great deal. I have 2 separate school loans. Fed Loan (I am on income based payments) and Naviant (not on income based payments) I am/was paying over $500 per month for the loans. They said I would have to stop making the payments (which I was nervous about because this would disqualify me for the income based in the future). I did not questions this because I know this is what you have to do when you go through bankruptcy. They sent me a contract once I paid 399.00. I have not made a payment since. The above phone number worked until I emailed them the pay stubs they wanted. Now it gives the sound of a fax number.
