I first received a call from a Stephanie at number 385-350-8112. She left a voicemail to call her back at 866-619-7616. I spoke with a woman, not Stephanie, who asked for my FSA ID information, and spoke about the William D Ford forgiveness program. After a hold, she said she could "lower my payments to $33 a month" if I paid $241 for the first 4 months and her company would be my new service provider. I advised I would reach out to my loan service company to discuss and she was very upset, saying they would just try to get me to pay interest and the program would help me save money. I asked for her direct number and company name, and she provided me with 714-902-6334 and the name Document Assistance Center. I thanked her and hung up the call.
