My mother got a voicemail from a number for DocuServices that claimed they can combine my loans and forgive some of my loans. My loans started off at 43,250 and he told me that he can get it down to 6,580 dollars and I’d only pay 29 dollars a month for my loans. All I had to do was pay 119.80 as an initial fee for the first 5 months and then start paying 29 dollars for the next 20 years. I wasn’t sure if this was a scam or not and I did actually fall for it and now I think I’m paying for it. I had to cancel my card and get a new one and figure out what else I needed to do.
