I responded to a text that offered a chance to win a free I-Pod. No mention of any charges in the text or throughout the process. The company proceeded to charge my card for $39.97 on 7/20/21 per my bank statement. The charge originated from Doctorixignite.com, a company in Michigan. Phone number listed as 888-510-0093. When I called to inquire about the charge, a rather rude rep responded that the charge emanated from the 'free' chance at an I-Pod. They offered a 10% refund and I accepted. Never saw a refund of $3.99 but saw a refund of $23.99. Imagine my surprise when my bank told me that the refund was a part of this and another charge of $119.98 from cleansefullbody.com of Texas. Turns out that they are the second arm of the 'free chance' for an I-Pod. Their number is 877-561-0483. When I spoke with them, their rep had no record of my existence and said they would get back to me about my inquiry after their investigation. No call back. My bank now tells me today, 8/10/21, of the double whammy on my account that linked both to the 'free' chance for the I-Pod. Great scam!
