I was mailed a document that was similar in some ways to a government document. In the top right corner it has the numbers 2022 printed on it. The numbers are a similar style to the year at the top right corner of a tax document. It looks similar to a bill. It it includes a box with a "notice date" and "please respond by" date. When I called the phone number I was met with a recording that said "we are experiencing longer than normal wait times". That was repeated twice then I heard a "beep" because the recording was actually a voicemail greeting.

Was mailed a document stating this is for business organization paperwork so I can use it for my business. And as part of the application fee for the state. Let me send out a check for $89.25. Did some research and talk to somebody found out it was a scam and then the company is not real on bbb.org there’s multiple other complaints of the same situation. Please avoid the situation of what made it look like a government agency name docs.
