This business offers mobile hybrid battery repair with a one year warranty. After I paid for the service they handed my a receipt with a Tijuana address. I complained and another receipt was drafted, this one with a Bell Gardens, CA address. Weeks later the battery malfunctioned. I called the number on the receipt for several weeks and no one answers. I went to the Bell Gardens address on the receipt and that business was not there. At the address on the receipt is a printing business. I spoke to the owner and he stated that he has a lot of people come looking for the hybrid repair company. He stated that he has had his business in that location for over five years and during that time dozens of people have come looking for the Doc.Hybrid.

The man that did the repair was driving a Prius. I look a picture of him and his license plate. (** *******)

I attempted to contact the company on Facebook and they will not respond to my messages. I contacted them from another Facebook account and they hit me right back. I did not tell them who i was i just inquired about their battery service. They attempted to schedule a repair with me. So they are still in business.

This company (Doc Hybrid), they call themselves are SCAMMERS...
I also purchased a hybrid battery at $500 (Cash). They sent out a "technician", who sold his credentials pretty well.. The same day I test drove my car, went back to the same problem. They replaced my old battery with a non-working one they brought.
I contacted them immediately and was told that I would have a technician come out the next day. Called them the next day, and they will not take my calls anymore.
I had someone else call from a different phone number and they immediately answered and insured they would come out to provide their services.
They place ads on facebook marketplace as "Garry Roa" . This individual was the first person I chatted with to inquire about their hybrid battery reppair/replacement.
They are operating with a fake business address: 7540 Scout Ave. Bell Gardens, CA 90201. As I have learned, this address pertains to a printing company that has been established at this location for several years now. The owner has mentioned that lots of people have come to his business looking for these scammers.
