I initially thought that I signed up for a PSLF program. I started last month with payments coming out on a specific day. Thank God for phone banking apps because that’s how I found out that they took out of my account not once but twice. I looked at my account and noticed that they took out a payment and I called and spoke to a representative and she told me that there was a glitch in the system and that she would refund the money. I checked my account and yes the money was refunded but they took it out again and then they took another payment out as well. I tried several times to reach them two days straight and every time it went straight to voicemail. Red Flag and so I called my bank and right away my representative at the bank knew that I was scammed and cancelled my card. It was too good to be true. I hope that this helps .
