I found a classified ad online selling Doberman puppies (URL provided), the ad advised to text or email for more info and pics of puppies. I sent a text, they responded within 10 mins advising me to email instead so they could send pics. Therefore they have my cell phone number and email address. The first email looked very strange, highlighting some words like "Puppy", and making it seem like it was legit but with terrible grammar and punctuation in email and no name at the end. All red flags. Provided some details of the puppies, and asking me a few questions on my ability to take care of them. I responded hesitantly, to find out what was next. The next email basically said that since I wasn't in Manitoba (which I am), they would agree to sell me the puppies and send through delivery service. That they would need ALL my information prior to ship me the puppy, and I would need to pay for the shipping fees. They provided numerous pictures of doberman puppies. I knew right away this was a scam, I never agreed to buying any puppy yet (especially without seeing them face to face - I would never buy from out of province. I advised them no information would be provided, no money would be provided and to send me their address to come see the puppies in Manitoba. No response. Either way I knew this was a scam and wanted to report this to authorities. Please stop people like this. This is horrible!
