The scammer posted on Facebook Luleemon deals at 13.00 cad which amounted to them taking 39.60 usd from my bank account. The order was placed June 25, 2023 and I have had many emails from [email protected] telling me my order was shipped. I was given an order # ********* and I still have the email stating the items I ordered and all of the emails from the scammer.

June 24,2023 - I was given a tracking #RG016037079CN - website no longer available.

June 29, 2023 - I was told package was found but was delivered to an incorrect address in California. I am in Lynn, MA.

July 18, 2023 - I asked for a refund.

I keep getting emails with a similar response:

"I apologize for the inconvenience you have experienced. I will escalate your request for a refund to our after-sales service team. They will handle it for you as soon as possible. Please rest assured that we will do our best to resolve this issue to your satisfaction. Thank you for your patience."

It's very frustrating. I have upload the entire email chain with my conversation.

It ays it was a sale 4 for 39.99 bought it and no merchandise received or money neck tried to contact the person and no response back ever..i just want my money neck that's it that's all .

I ordered in April, took a month to receive tracking and it showed delivered in PA. I live in OH. I emailed [email protected] and they said to keep waiting. I have asked for a refund as it has been almost 5 months since I ordered and now they won't respond.

I emailed them and said the package was delivered in Alaska and let them know I didn't live in Alaska. They said talk to the post office. Told them I did and another person had the same tracking number as me. Then they said we will send a new one give us 3-5 business days. LEt that slide then they said give us another 10-15 days. This has been almost 2 months and still haven't received a refund. Total scam.

I ordered 2 Stanley tumblers from what appeared to be a Dick's Sporting goods site. I even received an order confirmation and a tracking number. The tracking # showed delivery to Sitka, AK and that it was picked up by the buyer. I have not received any items and that is not the correct delivery location on the order.

I thought I was purchasing a Stanley Cup from Dicks sporting goods and turns out it was a scam. The tracking number shows it was “delivered” but to a different address than my own. I have contacted the seller and they are refusing to refund my money.
