We purchased a hot tub on July 7, 2021 that was advertised as working and once we opened it up, there were many water lines that were cracked or cut. He offered a warranty period on his hot tubs and we called the same day for him to come fix it. He has scheduled two appointments to come fix it and won’t show up or notify us of a reschedule. He is no longer answering his phone or responding.
