After speaking to their representative I discovered that the service they offered (at an extensive cost) was a service that could be obtained 'FREE OF CHARGE' from any Federal Student Loan Provider thru the Department of Education.
I expressed that I was not interested and requested them to cease contacting me and to remove my phone number from their listing.
At this time, I am being called on both my cell number (which I did not give to them), as well as my landline. On this day, (March 19, 2016, at apx 4:38 p.m.) I just telephoned them again (and spoke to their agent, Mattias), and again requested that my cell number be removed from their call list and any future calls cease. I explained that further calls would be documented as harrassment and complaints would be relayed to the FCC as well as the Attorney General of my state.
