I had seem an ad for this company on TikTok having a sale on wearable blankets back at the end of November so I placed an order for 3 of them expecting to use them as Christmas gifts. I received an order confirmation and it stated my order would shipped in 5 to 10 business days, well by day 14 it still hasn't shipped so I went on their website and tried to get in contact with them. Between the middle of December and last month I tried to contact them 4 different times (they have no number listed and only had an email listed for customer service) each time the email would jump back to me as undeliverable. Their website has changed names at least 3 times. It started off as Minga and is now called Outlet Store.
