My father received a phone call from this company asking him about his health and if his family provider would approve of this DNA test. They asked him several questions and had his Doctors name and Medicare ID. A few days later he received a test kit in the mail with a valid Lab out of Connecticut and MD out New York, but not his Doctor or state where he lives. He called Medicare and they warned him this may be a scam and provided him a phone number to get on a do not call list.
