I kept getting voicemails stating that I owed a debt for a credit card that I have never obtained that went into collections in 2016. Called the number that left the voicemail and was never able to talk to a live person, just kept getting options for their website or to pay over the phone. Went to their website and used their chat feature requesting to talk to a live person about this via phone. Was told that I would get a call back but never gotten a call except for robo-calls. Also told them that I needed to dispute this since I never obtained the card in question but was told that it was no longer possible since it was outside the time frame. I know Texas law says that you can only obtain debt collections up to 4 years from the date it went into collections. However, the calls started in 2022, well outside the timeframe of this law. I have blocked and reported as spam all of the numbers that voicemails were left from.

Left voicemail attempting to intimidate and get me to pay on a debt for a company I never did business with. They have also called from ********** ** ***** ******** ** ******* ** ***** ********

This company has a phone number and can't reach no agents, just says pay online or pay by phone. It has no address for the business.
