I received a call from Mike Miller 803-339-1727 stating that he was an investigator and he had a case connected with my ss # on his desk from Cash Now and my cooperation in taking care of this matter would avoid him proceeding with legal actions against me. He stated that I could take care of this by paying a sum of $875.33 he has my ss# as well as my son's name and an old address . When I asked for his email he became angry and told me that he wasn't going to go back and forth with me about this issue and to give him my email and he would forward the documentation which I didn't do ! I told him that I needed his email address along with a physical mailing address for my attorney to contact him and forward any documentation. He then gave me an address that I cannot connect him to and an email address and he asked when should he hear from my attorney. I also received a call from a Miss Walters from 708-584-3887 in March saying that she was working with Cash Now and I could avoid legal actions brought against me if I paid $740.00. These people need to be stopped from threatening people with going to jail or other legal actions being brought against them !
