My husband got a call from these people on 04/14/16 stating he owed a bill of $2,000 from 2013. His stated his name is Luke Upshaw from DMC process. Phone number 813-333-0671. He stated my husband would be arrested and taken to jail in the morning for fraud. My husband had no idea what this was about. The information they gave my husband was all false. They said they had a bounced check and gave him the check number. This account has been closed for years. They told my husband that he probably wasn't even aware of this arrest warrant and they were trying to help him. When I got on the phone the person wanted my husbands phone number, date of birth and SS number, when I refused he got very rude to me and said if I was going to have an attitude he wasn't going to talk to me and hung up on me. This sounds to me like a big scam. I blocked their number from our phones.
