I received the waterfall and cones after waiting a month. After getting it, the waterfall was so smokey I wanted to return it. First they offered me 25 percent back and I could keep the product. I said no. Then they offered me 50 percent back and keep the product. I said no. Finally they gave me the return address. I had to send them a copy of my receipt with the tracking number from USPS. They received my return on March 22. I got an email from them last evening telling me I didn't respond to their inquiry and my ticket was closed and resolved. DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. THEY SUCK.
