We are in an over 55 community, We have signs that say No Solitation allowed in our community. I had a person come to my door offering solar panels I mention that we were on a fixed income and could not afford them. He asked to see my electric bill which I did show it to him. At the time my bill was about 150.00 and higher during the pic summer months. He said that he could make my bill drop by half with the solar panels, well I was amazed and continue to hear him out. He never mention the price of the panels they would pay for them self. I told him that I would talk to my wife and get in touch with later. The next day he came by wanting to know what my wife had said and had a wonderful offer of 1000.00 dollars for referring any body to buy the panels from them. After agreeing with him to move forward they had me get an appt to sign paper work for permits with my electrical company and permits for the city. After seeing all the hassel with paper work I called up wanting to cancel. They said I could be sued because of all the work that was in volved in getting the permits. At this time we had not talked price and we did not know any thing about any financing. They installed them and I did not see a reduction in my electric bill. I called them and they said it would take some time.My bill did go down to about 65 to 75 a month for about 3 months until I started getting a bill for 136.00 drafted from my checking account for solar panels from a company know only as DIVIDEND. My electric bill is now 136.00 plus 55 to 65 which is well over what I had before. After about a year the bill changed to 187.00 from dividend. I did not know this company at all for two months I could not get them on the phone until stopping the payment.On the second month I was getting calls every day up to 6 calls,now I had their attention.I asked for paper work on this contract which I received 4 weeks later and we were shocked to start.First the increase to 187.00 from 136.00 was due to a payment of 9000.00 due on the 15th month to keep the payment at 136.00. Then we saw that there was a balance due of 36000.00

dollars.I was shocked I suffer from high anxiety, depression and I am in my early 70s I have not been well. We never saw the payment, the signature that they have is my initials from the permits that they had in the beginning. I am shocked because I did received 1000.00 for recommending the solar panels and I tryed to refer another person who is family. When they find they will come to me and that will cause problems. I need help. I have filed a complaint with ScamPulse.com and awaiting the results
