I found Designer Epoxy on Tiktok and inquired on a floor and paint job for my new home. The company agreed and made me pay a $150 travel fee in which he came to my home and started the project. Paid $800 for supplies and paint to start the project and the owner and his crew left the same day stating they had an emergency. He called later that day and said he would go back to my home to complete the job in which we paid him $2700. He never showed up. He never answered any phone calls, texts or emails. So we are out of $3500 plus $150 travel fee. This group is a scam. Do not do business with DIY Pros. They travel and advertise on Tiktok as Designer Art on there.
