I believe that my mother’s information was already stolen in a previous scam and a new scammer has gotten the information. A charge was made on her bank account she didn’t recognize. She sent the info to me to look into. I checked the site out and it appears sketchy by appearance, but came back clean on virustotal and urlscan.io

She called the number that was listed with the charge information on her bank statement and they asked for her SSN as well as her Email Address, Phone Number and Name. She didn’t provide any of those to them. She just wanted to know who they claimed to be to make sure it wasn’t something she had signed up for and forgot about. They refused to give her a company name and hung up on her.

She will be reporting this to her bank first thing in the morning.
