this company has called me all hours of the day and night on my cell phone and at work stating that they are from the Division of Pretrial processing for the state of Massachusetts and that there are 2 claims waiting to be filed against me in the state of mass unless I call them and straighten out this matter a civil arrest warrant will be issued. they have stated this to me, my employer, my voicemail and the receptionist at my work. when I called them they stated that it was from a payday loan I took out 5 years ago, which I have already paid. they stated it was not the case and that I needed to lock up any large animals that I had as they will be out to arrest me forthwith and that my bail will be the amount of the 2 bills now and all interest and legal fees. I told them I wanted their exact business name and address and that they did not have my permission to keep harassing me at my home or place of business, they refused to give me an address stating that there was nothing I could do to them and that I would be the one who rotted in jail in mexico for years as that was where the payday loan originated from ( which it did not).
