Division 2 Development is a Toronto based Canadian owned IT Company established in 2019 that is incorporated under federal jurisdiction and is authorized to operate and service businesses in all of the provinces of Canada. We actively participate in electronic tendering services provided by the Canadian federal government with our main focus on computer maintenance and managed IT services.
We employ a young and dynamic team of IT specialists that are focused on providing the best quality of IT services to a wide range of small and medium sized businesses across Canada.
To keep up with our rapid growth, we are looking for 2 resources for the position of Customer Service Representative (remote position) to join our growing team, all while being a leading example of our company culture.
We are specialized in providing IT resources, expertise and talent to our customers in a timely and cost effective manner.
Successful candidates will have an established track record of helpdesk service delivery, a solid knowledge of industry best-practices, admirable communication skills, and be driven to achieve results in a collaborative environment with all business units and levels in a fast-paced environment.
This is an excellent HOME-BASED online opportunity (remote work).

EMPLOYMENT: FULL TIME/PART TIME:
1. Salary: FT: 800 CAD/weekk or PT: 360 CAD/week (NET salary)
2. Shift timings FT:40 hours/week or PT:20 hours/week
3. Immediate Start Date
4. Payment will be made to your bank account weekly.
5. Working hours: 09:00 AM - 05:00 PM, Monday-Friday.
* If you choose Part-Time, starting hours are flexible. You should work 20 hours per week at any time between 09:00 AM - 05:00 PM.
* We provide corporate email address & VoIP landline for incoming and outgoing calls from customers.
Probation Period: 20 business days
During probation period, you will get a salary as : Full Time - 800 CAD/week ; Part Time - 360 CAD/week)
Upon completion of your probation, if you agree we shall commence a long term contract.
We request: To be responsible, to do the task in exact dates.
You will receive salary in Canadian Dollars every second Friday at 6 pm through direct deposit or e-Transfer.

Requirements:
1. Ability to interface with clients effectively.
2. Ability to work effectively and efficiently in a fast-paced sales environment with multiple priorities.
3. Well-developed organizational, time management and prioritization skills.
4. Solid computer skills and an aptitude for learning new software.
5. Managing filing systems and contact databases.
6. Providing shared support if required.
7. Self-motivated and able to work without supervision
8. Fluent in English, oral and written.
9. Demonstrated experience in customer service and support.
10. Ability to build rapport with customers.

Duties:
1. Manage incoming phone call inquiries.
2. Manage quality and successful delivery of a large number of simultaneous projects.
3. Create and mail correspondence to claimants, clients, and service providers.
4. Respond to Customer Service Emails & DM's on a daily basis.
5. Ensure timely execution of all client requests and instructions.
6. Preparation of weekly and monthly, reports using Excel and Word.
7. Assist with other support functions as required.
8. Generate sales orders and customer invoices, posting sales and credits to accounting system.
9. Input orders from the Sales Team into company web-based system for processing and delivery.
10. Manage reviews on websites.

Thank you for your interest in the Customer Service Representative remote-position, and for taking the time to submit your application information.

Customer Service Representative is a remote position, and you will be working from your home. To start working from the comfort of your home, you will need to have a PC or laptop and a stable internet connection.

You will be provided with online training during the trial period. We would like to have your response as soon as possible. If you would like to accept this offer, please set the most convenient start date at the Employment Agreement.

To be successful in this position, you should comply with the terms of this agreement. In particular, start your working day at 9 AM without delay. However, if you are entering a part-time position, your start time will be flexible.

In the case of failure of your duties, your trial period will end and we will terminate our agreement.

About your probation period:

You will be required to perform a simple task, so we can assess your work. We will assist you all the way by giving you advice on the example of simple tasks. You are going to do it online, at your home office; therefore you will not need to relocate to successfully perform all your tasks and responsibilities. You will be given instructions, which will help you to get through this whole process successfully. During the probation period, you will receive a payout. We will be offering you a payout of $800 per week for a full-time position and $360 per week for a part-time position. If you choose Part-Time position you should work 20 hours per week at any time between 9 am - 5 pm.

You will have the following responsibilities during the trial period:

Communicate and report directly to your manager;

Keep your mobile phone switched on during working hours;

You cannot engage in side issues that hinder your assigned tasks during business hours;

Strictly perform all assigned tasks (this will affect the decision on your permanent employment);

Produce a report on each of the tasks performed.

I will be directly responsible for you, and for your success in this role.

Therefore, you would be required to check your email constantly throughout the day, and respond promptly to my messages.

During your trial period, I will be your mentor, and I will be personally invested in your success as well as your wellbeing.

As such, I advise you to connect your cell phone to an Internet connection to receive my messages, consistently and without any delay.
