These people posted on apartments.com a property for $1000 a month and wanted us to give them $2000 before we even saw the place. The property address is 161 Somerville Drive, Vacaville, CA 95687. They also listed the same home for $2500 a month and would not answer my questions about it and kept pushing for the $2000. I told them I smelled a rat so to cancel the whole thing. They tried to pass the property off as available now but when we went and drove by, it is clearly occupied. Truck in the driveway and an RV parked by it. I alerted apartments.com to the scam. Thank goodness I didn’t fall for this!!!!
