The caller stated that she was calling in regards to a debt from an unpaid payday loan. She knew a previous address for me and the last four of my SSN. Stated if I didn’t make a payment, they would file suit against me and asked for my attorney information. Stated that I needed to pay $270.42 that day and $270.42 for the next four months to take care of the debt.
