I ordered a chair from this website. Twice it says that my chair was delivered and signed for but no chair was ever delivered. My husband works from home so there is no way someone signed for it. I wanted a refund and they are only willing to refund me 60% of what I paid. I doubt I will even get refunded. DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE!

I ordered a wicker chair on their website for $26.00 on April 28th. They informed me that a tracking number would be sent. It wasn't sent. I paid $26.00 on which I didn't receive a refund, or the chair. I attempted to contact the customer service center "Mary" with no success. I have enclosed the email in hopes that other people, no matter the cost, can be informed. I also attempted to access the website and no luck. Thank you for your time. K T
