I'm not even sure where to begni the lines are too long esp for handicapped people everytime I go and than the employees treat me bad when I was there

A recorded voice announced himself with a name and business then asked if I could hear him. I said "I can" then the recording continued to describe a Disney vacation waiting for me, which is when I realized it was time to hang up.
