I was looking for puppy breeders for a dog for my son. An Australian Shepard. I found the website and saw they had available puppies. They do have an email a address. A phone number and don’t pay by gift cards. It whole website looks correct. When you contact them. They have a whole email sent to you with all information that seem Legitimate. I thought I was pretty good spotting a scam and this would not be the first puppy I bought from a breaded online. They even texted me along with email. I was very excited. The price seemed correct also as I researched should be about 800 to 850. The puppy was 850. And to get it flown to be was 215. That seemed correct as the first puppy 7 years ago was 300. After I paid they have now stopped all contact. They will not pick up the phone or respond to texted or emails. The did respond the second day in text in broken English that is when I noticed something was wrong. All the emails seemed professional. But since I paid upfront and didn’t talk to the without a professional email till the next day I didn’t notice. So I googled the phone number and found reviews by the phone number that this phone number was for an Ivan rothgery was a puppy scammer. My heart was broken for my son who was excited for two days thinking his puppy was going to be on its way to him. I did look up the name of the website and didn’t find anything bad on the name. I didn’t find anything until the next when I looked up the number they texted me from. Scammers online seem to be getting better hidding it as I thought I did all my research. Just hopping my bank after review can get the funds back

DisneyAussieFamily.com states they breed and sell Australian Shepherd puppies. They will even ship them directly to you. However after paying both Ivar Rothgery and the shipping company "Evergreen" and receiving a bill of sale I haven't heard from either party. I also haven't received the puppy listed on bill of sale.

We are the owners of an Australian Shepard puppy and have an Instagram account for our puppy. This website claims to be a registered breeder selling dogs with a 30 day health guarantee. However, one of the puppies listed for sale on the website shows pictures of our puppy and videos taken from our Instagram. We have heard from someone who has claimed to have been scammed by this website, saying that the website owner made them pay through Zelle for a puppy and used a TextNow number.
