A man was trying to sell upgrade on software or I would loose all my channels for $199.00. One time fee and my bill would go down $5. 00 a month for two years ad long as I agreed to stay with Dish network but, they weren't extending my contract. Asked me to get my credit card out of my wallet and have it in front of me. I asked why, he really didn't answer, just was wanting to get on with the verification of payment method. I told him I needed to talk with someone( in my mind I was thinking call Dish network to verify the upgrade). Call me back tomorrow. He really did not want to do that. I held my ground and I told him I needed to talk to someone and it wasn't him! They did not call back at scheduled time but, did call later. I didn't answer. Called Dish network to verify that they hadn't called me. The scammers had Dish network as caller and their correct phone number. Dish network also said they would not call customers for any changes to my account. I would have to call them. People beware!
