Keep calling my number - they say they are dish network. 973-437-5011. Keep saying if I don’t give credit card they will disconnect

I received a call at 2:36 and the caller was impersonating dish network and ask me how many TVs I had and ask if they were flat TVs the caller said that you will upgrade my equipment to ultra HD free for life and they will take $20 off the bill for 4 months and then it will go up. He threatened that I will lose all of my service. He ask me to get in front of my receiver and punch menu twice and the diagnostic came up then he said lets hang up and I will call you right back I need to talk to a technician. He never called back. I called Dish and they said it was not from them and said what I have is working just fine.
