Phone call went to voice mail. Call originated from 855.531.3493. The message said that Dish had "detected our satellite signal reception is below optimal levels and may cause error messages or freezing or low picture quality." They offered a technician visit to fix our signal issue at no cost. They left this number to schedule a visit: 855.703.5212. I called and reported this to Dish.
