I purchased a laptop stand for $49.99. What arrived was a cheap flimsy stand that was maybe worth $2.00, and it was completely damaged and unusable. I went back and forth with the seller multiple times and the only way they would give me a refund was if I returned the damaged item to China. Shipping from the US to China is $120.00. Obviously, I'm not going to spend $120 to get a refund of $49.99. After doing more research, I found all of these reviews on Trust Pilot regarding this company. https://www.trustpilot.com/review/discoverydeal.shop

Additionally, I filed a claim against this seller through PayPal, and I have gone back and forth with PayPal for months. PayPal isn't doing anything to ban this seller from their site, which is allowing more people to get scammed. PayPal's customer service + scam department are responding with generic scripted responses, and they are not providing proper customer service. It's not ok! They need to protect the buyer in situations like this.
