The website clearly states that there is a free cancelation but when you try and cancel (even with ample notice) they only let you cancel if you pay them $50.12. It is a total scam and lie so I'd recommend not using the site at all.

Booked rental car thru Discovercars.com, they assigned the rental to Seven Auto. Paid $110, with another $35 due at pickup. Seven auto wanted additional $400 for PD insurance despite my having proof of coverage personally and by credit card coverage. Not one single person was able to rent a car while I was in line. They always wanted $400 extra for “ their” insurance.
