They were going to give me a lower interest rate on all my credit cards!LOL! They called as Discover credit card(which I don't have) They said the line was being recorded by FTC and the BBB! LOL! Then he cursed at me when I wouldn't give him my SSA number. But before that I told him the ScamPulse.com does not record calls and they are a non-profit org.
