The number on the check is 1-866-951-6567 and they refuse to name address or phone number the person who received the $19.95 only going so far as stating the receiver of money was assure savings.
This business representatives say this is a store discount.
I Have no record of a store discount on this date 06-10-2016 nor any with this company in the month of June.
This check has my bank account number and bank routing number and the person I spoke with at first read of my social security number then stated he did not.
There is no company name, address, website, phone number or zip code for the bill.
