They offer well known name resorts and confirm the booking. Upon calling to make reservation, they show non availability (instead tell you take vacation at another location and not so well known resort. In addition, they asked for more money (stating that they have to collect government taxes - without an explanation). In the offering they do not initially mention that it is a type of time share sales requiring mandatory attendance.
