I received a phone call today. The man gave me his license number 18728300 and his name Brandon Cortazar. I gave him my SS# and my DOB. He said he was going to call Anthem Blue Cross to see if I qualify for Medicare or Medicaid. He told me he would call me back in 5 minutes. He never called back. I called the number 832-241-8801 that he called from and now it's disconnected.
