DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Bought 5.7 ammo from this company. Asked for a tracking number. They told me it shipped. Never could get a tracking number. 3 weeks later I asked about my shipment they told me it was being held up at the shipping company due to them requiring insurance on the package. Nothing but a run around from them. Should have known it was a scam when my money went to Amy's Food Store thru Venmo. I have filed fraud thru Venmo and working to get my money back.

This store DiscountAmmo Store is complete Scam, you buy ammo and pay with Zelle or Cash app. You never going to get your order. Stole $300 never got my order. Customer service no response. They only responded when you have to make the payment!

Tried to order ammo but got suspicious as contact info was limited and the alleged supply of ammo products was completely inconsistent with the rest of the country. Could not verify address, email or phone number. Of course they wanted direct deposit from my bank to some unknow account and bank out of the country. Did not proceed with order as I thought this was highly irregular. Did get a bunch of subsequent emails asking for my bank account info. definitely beware!

Sent payment and never received the product

I purchased 300 rounds of 5.7 ammunition from Discount Ammo Store and paid for the product using Zelle. The money cleared my bank, but the product never arrive at my address. The purchase amount was $325. I called 3 times over a month and a half and never received a call back. I also sent three email letters asking for the status of the shipping of the product and the only reply back from their customer service was

"Hello Sir" with no further explanation. After three attempts on email and 3 attempted phone messages, I gave up in sheer frustration and will never recommend this company to anyone.

2 orders were placed for products listed and sold on the website. An email was then generated and sent to me confirming the orders. Next I was contacted by phone to make payment threw a Zelle account. I sent confirmation of payments. Everything about the transaction went unacceptable from that point on once the financial transactions had been approved. No phone calls, text or emails answered or replied. No tracking information and no product ever confirmed or delivered. They used google linked phone account to contact the buyer so they cannot be traced.
