Bad business etiquette

Booked this guy to help us move and he quoted $125 for two hours…on the day of, he tried to change it to one hour and when I sent him a screenshot of what was agreed, he never replied and never showed up. My boyfriend and I ended up doing the move ourselves from a third floor apartment unit. Surprisingly enough, we got it done in shortly over an hour..the easiest $125 he could’ve made. Brien advertises his business as Christian owned, which I liked but he certainly didn’t behave as a Christian; this is what gives people a bad taste in their mouth about Christ and Christian people as a whole…please stop using the Name of God to scam people! Ridiculous!

This company is a joke. Hires them to move up this past August. He coerced us into paying the full amount ahead of time ($450) against our better judgment but he is very convincing. On the day of our move, no one showed up. He refuses to refund our money and has blocked us on his phone from calling. He is a horrible human for leaving people in a lurch on the most stressful day of moving and having to find help at the last minute and taking your money!

This man has been scamming people for years, changing his “business name” about every two years. he’ll schedule to come and say something along the lines of “people haven’t been sending me money so I require a deposit” he’ll then call to “confirm the appointment” and then not show up or reply to any messages. If he does reply it’s somehow always the fault of, not the business but, the customer.
