The purchase order has a valid legal description of the property.
The purchase agreement states an offer of $717.50 for land that is valued over $16,000.00.
The purchase agreement states that every effort will be made to close this transaction by June 15, 2016.
There is a simple signature line on the bottom for her to sign and return.
Fortunately, my 76 year old mother was not foolish enough to sign and return this purchase agreement.
However, I am saddened to think not all elderly will be as wise and accidently be selling property at a small fraction of it's value.
