Stan called my husband on our landline. He said he was from Directv which is AT&T here. Software upgrade he said for $500! My husband said no and he came down twice in price. Stan said we would get a discount on our bill. He told us to reset the black box on our tv and asked for our card #. My husband gave it to him. A day of so later another man called, "Harry" and asked for my husband. I talked to him and he asked permission to put the charge of $99 on my card. I said only if that was what my husband said.

We began to worry about this so here we are!
