directjobrecruitment.com and coursesplatform.com call with job offer, then email details. There is a phone interview with the other scammer. They tell you that you got the job but have to finish a course at a website for 500 or so dollars.

It is a scam, there is no job. Both websites coursesplatform.com and directjobrecruitment.com are generic, registered end of 2018 at godaddy. In the email they send they are using sentences such as "We understand not only the art of matching people, but also the science of technology", stolen from reputable recruitment companies.
