I received a call claiming to be from Directions Credit Union. I am a member. I think it is a scam. Caller said I just had three charges put on my charge account. I said when. He said twenty minutes ago in Texas. Hundreds of dollars at Netflix, Walmart and Starbucks. I think he said $400. I said I am not in Texas. I am in Ohio. He said we can block them. I started to go to my purse and give my credit card. It did not feel right and I hung up. My caller ID showed phone number 800-237-6211. After I hung up he kept calling me. I blocked him. I called and reported it to Directions Credit Union. I asked them to check charges to my account. She checked and there were no charges. Directions Credit Union said it sounds like a scam.
