On April 7 2019, I ordered a total of 3 extra large bean bags for my children, through a site off of facebook DirectDealss.com. They sent me a text confirmation of the order on that date, allowing a few weeks for shipping. Later that day my other 2 children decided they would also like 2 of those as well, so I purchased to more. I have my bank account statement where they removed the money on two different dates, but its been 10 months and I still have not received an email, text, or any product. For 10 months I have been waiting on a product for my children, and am out $79.78 that were going to be gifts and now have nothing but lost money from them.

I purchased a big been bag chair for $14 while "Supplies Last" and I received a text from 989-569-8666 thanking me for my purchase and link to track my package...I tried link but was not in transit and said it would arrive next Thursday but it was never received and now link or website do not work and I have record of charge on my bank statement. $20.96 or so.
